While peaches are in season, I make any excuse to use them on everything : morning oatmeal, salads with mint and goat cheese, or simply grilled as a side dish. I decided to make this dessert and was pleasantly surprised by the mere minutes it took to make. No peeling, just simply halving the peaches and adding some topping and baking in the oven. They are golden, bubbly, and delicious.
